Logseq is a hypertext enabled tool for knowledge workers that allows block-based referencing, a la Roam Research. Their aim is to be a privacy-first, open-source knowledge base, built in outliner form.
Logseq visually looks like Roam, as well. A community of developers has begun building on advanced features into the ecosystem.
